I (Travelyn Swartz) was raised by entrepreneurs, my grandmother used to sell cold drinks, my uncle has a tarven and my late father had a school transport business and a tuckshop. At the end of every year he would host the parents of the kids he transported, it would be a celebration of academic achievements and he would thank all the parents for supporting his business, nobody in that business space did this but him and that's where the love for identifying competitive advantages started, and ever since I've been identifying how every business/organization I encounter can grow. I have pre-eminent corporate experience and academic record in business development and management. These will be used to help with creative expansion and mitigation strategies, which is my field of expertise.
